  I had an absolute great experience at this place! very friendly staff and great customer service! place is high end and rooms are beautiful and clean! had a great time there and would like to thank Lynn and Avaldee for their great service, and of course Jesselyn and Sushil aswell for their highly professional customer service! will definitely be back in the future - Habibi

  I would like to share my positive 7 day stay experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Dartmouth. I stayed at the hotel for seven days, and throughout my entire stay, the service was consistently excellent. During this time, I was served by Ashlyn, whose service was truly outstanding. The food was always prepared and delivered on time, and the drinks were also excellent. Ashlyn’s hospitality was exceptional. She was warm, energetic, and especially welcoming toward families and children, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Her positive attitude and professionalism stood out throughout the week. In addition, the hotel provided a very warm and welcoming atmosphere overall. The room service was excellent, and the front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. While my experience with the entire team was very good, I would particularly like to highlight Ashlyn for her exceptional service. I would confidently recommend this hotel to friends and family based on the quality of hospitality I received during my seven-day stay.

  Was an amazing experience, had a great stay. Even better service. Would recommend to friends/family and come back. Its very close to accomidations. Had the pleasure of Ashlyn being my server. Was greeted with a smile, and great customer service. Not only was she a great server she made me feel like I was at home.

  Jesselyn were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. She made sure our drinks were always full and checked in at the perfect times without being intrusive. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. This level of hospitality made the whole meal even better. Highly recommend!!!!

  We stayed for two days and had a great experience! The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were all very friendly. The service that stood out the most was from Sushil. He served us at the bar the first night and then again the next evening for supper and a few drinks. His attentive service was absolutely A1! Even though we had our children with us for supper, he made sure we had everything we needed and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable. His recommendations were great, and his positive attitude and warm smile really made our visit even better. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about the guests he serves. Thank you again, Sushil, for making our stay so enjoyable — you’re definitely someone any place would be lucky to have on their team. We will definitely be back! 👏🍻
