- JJJahanvi JaniJun 13, 20221.0DO NOT STAY HERE. We came here with a group of about 25 people and 4 of our rooms had to be changed 3 times! On top of that, their approach to the situation was absolutely terrible. There was no hospitality whatsoever. One of our rooms had a bloodstain on the sheets and they told us it was probably just ketchup..ridiculous. There was also hair all over the washroom floors and used up toilet paper. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the flush wouldn’t work. On top of that, when we were about to leave the hotel we noticed that our car’s side mirror had been literally poked and broken by someone. When we asked to see the security cameras, the general manager would not even get up out of her chair. She did nor care about helping anyone. All the operations manager could do was apologize and blame the hospitality staff even when it is their responsibility to make sure everything is in order. This should never have been an issue, especially after they have been running this place for years. We had the worst experience at this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. Save yourself, your well earned money and peace of mind - don’t book with them!

I had to clean up the fridge, the TV remote was sticky and when I lifted the laminated channel guide, it was "glued" to the nightstand with some congealed food - had to clean that with some disinfectant wipes I brought. The computer desk still had hardened food left on it and I had one light burned out on the left half of the bathroom mirror and the light under the coffee station was also burned out. Hallway garbage's were not cleaned on a regular basis - that was more than 24 hours. Clearly the room was not up to standard and should never have been given to a guest in such condition. The Staff were nice about it, however they are clearly overworked. Again the people I came into contact with were excellent, just not the cleanliness standards I would expect when they quoted not being allowed to clean rooms (housekeeping) while guests were checked in due to "restrictions"...
