  Every hour I woke up to what I thought snow clearing. Turns out, it was the elevator waking me up every hour. Spoke with a staff member the next morning and they guessed my room number without saying. It’s a know issue that should have been disclosed. Requested a room change. I’ll update this as my stay progresses. Staff member called they offered to move me to a new room but I’d have to vacate the current room soon. Wish that was possible as I’d still be sleeping but I’m here for work. Spoke with general manager who said they are moving me to a new room and I can move to it when I get back.

  Stayed here for our recent trip. Staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and location is close to amenities and public transit. Only negative was the rooms were bit cold tho after bit they warmed up. Nice pool, arcade and gym on site. Would recommend.

  Me and my wife had our wedding here Last August and the whole experience was fantastic. The management team was always available, friendly and responsive, and the food was perfect. Could not have had a better experience. A+

  Ok here is the detailed review: Customer service at the front desk: 10/10 (i didn’t get her name but she was there at 12 pm when we came in) She was really nice, remembered our names throughout our stay and check in and check out was really quick and efficient and very accommodating Breakfast: before deciding this hotel, i researched extensively on reviews about breakfast as that was the one of main thing i was looking for and let me tell you breakfast was amazing. So many vegetarian options, they had cinnamon rolls, fruits, apple pie, bagels, breads, muffins, coffee (decaf and regular), pancake, all the spreads, apple and orange juice, 3 types of cereals, yogurt and toppings etc - see pic for more It looked like they really cared about the breakfast and they weren’t doing it for the sake of it but they went above and beyond in breakfast We went there around 7 am which was best as sun was just coming up over the lake and view was gorgeous Room: It had 55” phillips SMART TV!! so many hotels nowadays still have those small tvs with just regular channels this one was proper smart tv with all the apps you need Room had a keurig coffee machine, kirkland coffee pods (which i love), iron, iron table, microwave, literally everything one needs!! The only thing bad was they didn’t give water bottle in the room, you have to buy it, i didn’t have refillable bootle, otherwise they did have water station on first floor, We just went and bought the $1 water jug from walmart which is just 5 mins away Location, customer service, breakfast more than fulfilled them minor water bottle issue Location: amazing! There is a lake beside the hotel, we had odd number room so we didn’t get to see the lake from our room, but the even number rooms would have the view Lake was frozen but in summer i would say it would be very beautiful

  Arrived around 7:00 PM and parked directly in front of the building, in full view of the front entrance and clearly visible from inside. If the spot was truly a fire lane, it would have been helpful to mention that sometime during the four hours staff could see the vehicle sitting there. Instead, security chose 11:00 PM well after we were asleep to knock on our door, twice. There are no visible signs indicating it’s a fire lane and no blocked off lines Addressing it during normal evening hours would have been reasonable. Waking guests late at night for something that could have easily been handled earlier was unnecessary and disruptive.
