We stayed in Grand junction, Co., Salem,Il., and St.Peters.Mo. not only was this location in Tucumcari,NM the dirtiest, run down unclean & most expensive room at 170$ for the night the front desk staff was very unpleasant borderline rude. We chose Holiday Inn express to stay our last night in because we had been so impressed with our previous experiences, however it is not the case in Tucumcari, NM off exit 332. I do not recommend this location at all. This is not worth 170$ I have added pictures of our room 327. It does not meet our previous high quality standards at the other states locations. Very very unsatisfied. Will be reaching out to management. Thank you .

I’ve came through here in my Tesla four times use the restroom every time but yet this time the gentleman upfront with a glasses and 5 o’clock shadow says they don’t have a public restroom all of a sudden.

Angry people instead of trying to friendly they are angry sad to see. The worst part is this isn’t family friendly at all they hate kids and vocally so. Sad rude people. This place must want to promote something nefarious Update: You can see by the combative tone and rude language what a terrible establishment this is. Sad to see rude people bully and try to intimidate instead of just having customer service. They would rather bully people than capitalize on the foot traffic coming to their establishment.
- MFM FOct 12, 20255.0Overall, superb stay. Desk agent (Martinez?) very efficient & friendly on check-in. Room spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. Appreciated both soft & firm pillows. Only negative was morning clerk. Had his head down on desk, appeared to be sleeping with blue hoodie pulled over his head. Barely grunted responses to my questions. Dining room dark...had to ask twice for lights to be turned on. Breakfast options were good, thanks to woman attendant. Would definitely stay again, but a.m. clerk needs to wake up and acknowledge patrons.
