- DCDanielle Clark4 days ago1.0Rooms are in terrible condition for being recently renovated. Shower was filthy, mold growing in fridge, adjoining door would not lock until I bent the frame with help from front desk agent. Assistant manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional in both appearance and behavior.

They called us the day of our stay and told us they over booked and could no longer have us. We are already here and have now have no where to stay. Very disappointed
- HAHevin AmberJan 16, 20261.0WORSE customer service I have ever received in my life, SPECIFICALLY from MARY, the female with the neck tattoos and dark neck-lengthed hair. Her level of disrespect is unbelieveable. The other staff are great (Excluding the new guy who needs QUITE a bit of training, but he is new so he gets some grace). But Mary's despicable behavior is disgusting, concerning, and was incredibly intolerable. She even laughed in my face when she saw how dissatisfied I was when I left. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience because of Mary. I'd be shocked if she keeps her job, especially working directly with customers.

Breakfast was missing items. All for $300 a night . Travel for work and youth sports and by far the worst we have stayed in.
