- MGMaría GayossoOct 9, 20254.0If you are driving, hotel is in a very good location: Near Silver City, quick access to the Gila National Forest and all of its attractions, and nearby groceries, pharmacies and gas stations. Place was quite, except for one morning when people where for some reason early in the morning making a lot of noises and triggering one of the fire exits. Pool was locked with a chain and lock, with no sign indicating the reason(s) or when it was going to be reopened. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a sofa-bed and kitchen bar. Bed was comfortable, except for the so not-firm pillows, so if you have neck issues, request extra pillows or bring your own. Breakfast area is spacious, and the lady setting everything up was very kind.

- MBmichelle buckhoutSep 10, 20252.0Pros: Quiet location. Beds are comfortable, I can sleep on my side and hips don't hurt :) not hard mattresses. Rooms clean. Breakfast always smelled wonderful and had lots of hot options . The breakfast area was always clean even when close to closing. Laundry room was clean with new appliances. Staff I interacted with were pleasant, except for the manager, Josa. Cons: I had an accounting concern with the check in authorization. It had been 8 business days since the hold was placed and 5 business days since I checked out. The hold was still on my CC. I called the hotel directly and spoke with the Manager on Duty, Josa. I was able to explain my concern and never had a chance to ask any questions. He was dismissive of my concern and kept repeating the standard script, " it takes 3-5 business days, ect". He did 98% of the talking and I was rarely given a chance to respond to his comments. He told me he had been in the hotel business a very long time and this was not unusual. ( however the Wyndham hotel at the El Paso airport auth had already dropped , 1 business day after checking out on Sept 5) He did ask me what I would like for him to do and never gave me the chance to respond before he said "there is nothing I can do on my end. "His tone of voice was one of arrogance and by his comment clearly he believed he knew more and better than me. "A" he should never assume and "B" his customer service skills are NOT adequate for the position he holds at the hotel.

They have a breakfast bar that the kitchen lady cooks homemade and it healthy even better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is pet friendly so that's a bonus so if your a pet owner this is the place to go.
