Rooms were very nice. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was hot. The traffic outside was loud but when you're in the hotel you do not notice. The home made cookies last night were a real treat. They were very tasty. Room was a little highly priced but we love holiday Inn we are reward members. It is very consistent with its ammenities.

Walked in through the doors and the lady started with her awful attitude before we had even said a word. Then when we just walked into the lobby she started saying the floors are wet have some respect… what? Awful and angry for no reason. In front a 6 year old child too

Our room was worn and needed more cleaning attention.
Breakfast area wasn't as clean as I would have liked. This is something that makes or breaks the stay.
