Got there late and they had no parking. They were suggesting we park across the street on the street. Felipe the night manager was super helful with the parking situation and gave up his parking spot for us to park

This one isn’t as reliable as most Holiday Inn Express we’ve been to. Not quite as clean. And there are cameras EVERYWHERE. I don’t mind protecting your property but camera flood lights came on in the hall way every time I walked out. You feel like you’re being watched everywhere you go.
Changed to a one star review. I asked for another towel for our room. The manager asked “How many people were in that room last night? There should be three towels”.
1. What a rude question to ask for a simple extra towel.
2. There were two towels.
Every request at this hotel was met with questioning. The energy was not welcoming at all.

Bed springs press into you like a hundred potatoe mashers. Put everyone on the 2nd floor and refused to tell the room occupants that were HEAVILY vaping to stop or get out: every stench goes in your room because there's a 1" gap under the door, hallway FILLED with vape stench.
They responded that I should have asked to be moved to a different floor. I DID! The young man working at the front desk when I arrived said they didn't have any "maids" to work the 1st floor so they were putting everyone on the 2nd floor. The morning female front desk clerk said she could not go up the elevator to the 2nd floor to address the guests who were vaping, the only floor they let guests stay on, because she was working there by herself; which is ludicrous! I can't imagine they have mattresses in rooms that are not heavily springed, broken springs evidentially, and they choose to keep the broken mattresses and put guests in those rooms if/when there are other options. Ultimately, I DID ask and was told NO, they couldn't do anything about anything and their reasoning was that they were short staffed.

Stayed here one night and had a great experience. Jonathan checked us in and was extremely pleasant. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place to park my truck and trailer. When I told him I needed to be on the road before breakfast opened, he accomodated my request for a ToGo Bag and fixed us up with muffins, banana, waters, apples and orange. Outstanding customer service from this kid! He is an excellent representative of Holiday Inn Express.
