We understood checking in it was an older property and there were some limitations including room size but with some configuration on our end, we were able to make it work. The beds were comfortable and clean, The area itself is far from the downtown area that while can be a negative point for others, we found it to be a positive aspect as we wanted to ensure peace and quiet. The staff on site were super nice and accommodating. I didn’t have a single negative interaction with them. I would be placing this place as a place to stay if I’m ever back in the Santa Fe area.

- MCMatt ConklinSep 15, 20181.0I really wanted to like this hotel however customer service issues force me to write a negative review. We we're told that a shuttle service would be available to transfer us downtown until 4pm (their website claims 6 pm daily) we called in around 1:50 please to schedule a ride for 3 pm and we're told that the front desk person would check availability of the service. 10 minutes later she called me back saying that we could leave right now but the driver would be leaving work at 3 pm. I told her it would take us about 15 - 20 minutes to get back to the hotel. I arrived back at hotel and after waiting in line to speak with the front desk was told a ride would not be available 2:20 pm. The front desk clerk was rude and claimed she explained on the phone that the service may not be available. Most hotels would of taken steps to remedy this situation but all the front desk could offer was a shrug. If you are looking for customer service skills please look else where. The rooms are clean but do have a strange smell. The breakfast is decent for hotel breakfast but honestly in Santa Fe you have much better options. I will not be staying here again and will recommend that other don't as well.
