It causes havoc with my ability to use my card and gives me much anxiety . A sister hotel, Coyote South, charged me a $47.56 no show fee even though I properly cancelled with Expedia and received a cancellation confirmation. Now they're refusing to give me a refund. Inn At Santa Fe was fine, especially Danielle Rockwood, the manager, and Oscar at the front desk, but I will never stay at a Sure Stay property again due to their questionable billing practices. It's especially disappointing since they are part of Best Western Hotels, a former favorite of mine.
