    We booked the 2 rooms directly on IHG , we were family and wanted interconnected room. They were not abel to provide inter connected room, we were okay OK with that, but in one of the room, the air conditioning was making a loud noise the whole night and we couldn’t sleep. I tried to call the front desk, but nobody responded the call. I complained to the front desk and the manager Angela did not take this complaint seriously and was not ready to do anything even though I played the loud sound on my phone that AC was making whole night on and off. She thinks she is very clever and saving money and doesn’t pay any attention to Customer Service and complaint. I would not stay here in future. I would have expected a better treatment especially when we booked the room directly with them paying a higher fee than I would have paid on Expedia or via another third-party. Angela was very rude and not even apologetic. She said i will give you 10% back as if she is doing a very big favor to me. You don’t expect this kind of service level when you are a loyal IHG member and paid about 200$ per room per night.

    Worst lodging experience ever. Room smelled weird. Housekeeping didn't make your bed right. Front desk service very slow and rude. The guy literally decides to pick up his personal cell phone while trying to check me out and just let me standing there waiting for him for 5 minutes. I brought a service dog and got interrogates multiple times by multiple staff about the dog. Treadmill doesn't work, water machine doesn't work. Windows don't work We stayed there 4day/ 3 nights. The housekeeping staff goes into our room every day. No problem was ever reported by the staff. However after we left, they made up some bogus complaints about my service animal damaging the room and charged me additional $180 the day after we left without contacting me. The only way I found out was because I opened my bank account. I have brought my service animal to 30+ hotels and flights. Never have I experienced this level of discrimination and scam. My dog is extremely well behaved- he does not bark, chew, or potty indoors. We even cleaned up our trash and the bathroom before we left and left a tip. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL. They literally try to scam you.

    Booked a room here and the guy working the check in counter canceled our reservation and sold it to someone else. Never contacted us to let us know and we arrived very late. He said we didn’t leave a contact number and our card was declined which are both incorrect, the hold was already showing on the card. He was incredibly rude and smug about it the entire time.

    The worst service I've ever received at a hotel reception. That man shouldn't be working there. He was in a bad mood, treated us terribly, making bad faces, and didn't give us any information. He didn't want to talk, and when we asked him something, he wouldn't answer. He was wearing headphones the whole time. We had just arrived after a 10-hour journey, and my wife urgently needed to use the restroom, but he wouldn't let her. I would not recommend this hotel. Terrible service.

    Not sure why my original rating came through as 4 stars. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are good size with very comfortable beds. I also loved the Dove products, much better than many other hotels. Breakfast was good but nothing special. The pancakes were kind of chewy but they were delicious. Potatoes were undercooked and still rather hard. Service was absolutely terrible. I showed up a little after 11pm to check in and the second set of doors wouldn't open to go inside. I waited for the guy to open them and made a joke when I walked in about how if youre not careful you'll run right into them. The guy at the front desk did not find that funny. I could hardly understand anything he was saying he was talking so low and had to ask him to repeat everything. He CLEARLY hates his job and has zero personal skills or just doesnt care. Very off putting as a first impression of a hotel. If it wasnt for this I would have given 5 stars.
