Taking away 3 stars because next morning at 8:30 AM housekeeping was knocking on everyone’s rooms on our floor seeing if we were “ready to check out” that’s wild putting pressure on us to leave. They seemed off put that we weren’t ready to leave yet 2 1/2 hours prior to the stated checkout time . Breakfast hasn’t even stopped being served yet and we felt the need to leave early because we felt very uncomfortable with how they were handling this. We’ve stayed hundreds of nights at hotels and never have we had housekeeping coming by that early prior to check out to bother people about leaving, with housekeeping carts just lining the hallway to apply pressure as if we were the ones inconveniencing them. I would have been pissed to hear a knock on the door that early if I’d been sleeping. Just wild.
