  Highly unprofessional guys at the front desk. Older gentleman and a younger gentleman. Little did they know my friend is Cuban and speaks Spanish. He could hear the two guys talk trash about us while we were in the lobby lol. Already spoke with IHG customer service since I’m a Diamond Elite member :). Enjoy, fellas!

  The hotel was nice and clean, but the front desk was rude and did not understand our situation. We have driven all day and just wanted a place to stay for the night and get a good night's rest before we hit the road again. Definitely recommend staying here to sleep in a clean atmosphere, don't recommend the hospitality.

  Drove 11 hours got to the hotel a little early asked if possible to check in a little early, the front desk associate was very unwelcoming. He stated that the cleaning staff didn't show up today, and they were behind schedule. We left came back a while later, about 15 mins before check-in and was told they still weren't ready. Again the associate was the unconcerned with helping and was stating that they are understaffed. He then stated we can take a seat in the lobby and wait, as I was waiting I leaned against a couch they had in the lobby and noticed a sharp peice of metal protruding from the couch where I placed my hand. I took a picture of the metal, at which time he sated the room was available. I then asked to cancel a reservation that I make for a future date on our return trip, which he stated I would need to do so through the corporate number. After I canceled the future trip through the corporate office, which the corporate office said I wouldn't be charged, the hotel still charged me. Now im constantly on the phone with the corporate office, which they said they are waiting for the hotel manager to contact them back but they can't even get through to them neither through phone nor email. This hotel has the worse customer service I have even seen in any hotel I have ever been to. I will never do business with them again. The staff is disrespectful and the management is showing total incompetence by allowing this to be common practice while also not being available for any type of communication.

  IHG members beware I’m a diamond elite and arrived here at 12:30am. Their checkout is 11am. I asked for an hour later and they “cannot accommodate because they are a small hotel.” Traveling to hundreds of holiday inns, I’ve seen much smaller holiday inns than this, ones that are one floor - this is not a small hotel, it’s average - and those can accommodate a later checkout. This is simply poor management. I will also report this to IHG so there is a paper trail of mismanagement and this hotel refusing to honor benefits, especially for their highest status, on a Wednesday stay.

  We thought this hotel a good value, with the indoor pool and homemade cookies at check-in. The rooms were large, clean, the beds comfortable, and the newish building well-kept. The bathroom had plenty of the counter space and the room plenty of electrical outlets. Dove products (my own preference) in the bathroom. The breakfast selections included the yummiest cinnamon rolls! I dinged the service rating 2 stars because (a) my wife only eats fruit for breakfast and their selection was mealy apples and green bananas, and (b) the hot tub's jet pump was broken (we stayed 4 nights, I would have thought that plenty of time to get it fixed).
