  Showed up and 1 hour and 40 minutes early before check-in and Liza M. refused to let us check in early without paying an early fee. This was after her and one of the housekeepers had a discussion for about 4 minutes before acknowledging a paying customer was at the desk. Never had this issue before, also checked in as active duty military. I asked to speak to a manager, who was conveniently not available until Monday. Save yourself a headache from poor customer service and book elsewhere in Sante Fe!

  The room was very nice and clean. the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great. Water pressure in the shower was great. The front desk staff were very friendly. Would absolutely recommend!!

  Cute hotel, decent breakfast but was very disappointed that the hotel did not post the pool was closed, after an 8 hour day of driving with 2 kids, we would have gone somewhere else to find an indoor pool but was unable to get a refund which I understand since we booked through a 3rd party site.

  We have stayed here a few times in one of the large hot tub rooms. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Last time we stayed the hall on the first floor smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke to the point where I had to hold my breath while walking through. The main issue we had this time though was the dryer. For such a large hotel you would think that there would be more than one washer and dryer. But no, there is only one each. The washer was fine but I ended up having to stay up till 3 am doing laundry. For reference I had 2 loads to do and I started at 10. Since our room was right on the other side of the laundry room I could hear when they stopped and each was about 40 minutes. The washer was fine, but the dryer had a very difficult time drying a normal load of clothes. I had to do 2 dry cycles for both, and even after that there were pieces of clothes that were still wet that I had to hang in the room. The dryer was squealing, I’m assuming that was the belt, so I recommend the hotel get it looked at before it breaks.

  My husband and I stayed there qmany times we go to Santa Fe. Several weeks ago we were there and I was surprised how the place looks like its going down hill. They hallways definitely need to be vacuumed as the room. There was hair on the edges of the tiled floor in the bathroom. The tub had a nasty ring around it, the bed sheets felt like there was sand on them and the comforter and sheets smelled like wet dog.🤮 There was lint on the head board throughout. I had a hard time getting comfortable and didn't get much sleep. When we went down for breakfast food was wiped out. There was only gravy and biscuits and batter for waffles. I took pictures of everything because I was disgusted and disappointed. The receptionist wasn't friendly like other times we've been there. Faye Anderson
