    This is our second time staying at Best Western Pine Springs Inn. This hotel provides an excellent value. Your rooms are clean and comfortable and your breakfast is above average. We really appreciated how conscientious Marisela in the breakfast room was.

    The staff is great didn’t get the young man’s name that checked us in, but he was very friendly, and personable. Marisela from the breakfast area was friendly greeted us making feel welcomed. We’ve stayed here a lot of time and we have never had a bad experience food is always hot and good. The staff has always been great thank you so much.

    We love the spacious room, an office and easy chair, a bathroom vent fan, clean linens, good maintenance, and a courtyard with actual green grass, tall trees, and small, whimsical bridges that kids would love. It is away from city noise up on a hill and the front staff is friendly and helpful. But the main reason we keep coming back is because the breakfast is always stellar: well stocked, good variety, delicious biscuits and gravy, and my husband’s favorite: pork tamales that seem homemade. The couple who are always there to help are friendly and conscientious. They have never run out of anything while we’re there. The whole place is family friendly and welcoming.
