- FFFoofiiterMar 20, 20263.0Not happy with the ac being motion activated. You leave the room and it turns off and when you get back its super hot in the room then takes a long while to cool down. The swimming pool water was also super foggy which was a bummer cuz I booked that hotel specifically for its indoor pool.
- JGjacob griffithMar 18, 20262.0Was a great stay until the check out. Rooms were great the staff in the breakfast was amazing what a hard worker. The place is supposed to be non-smoking. Signs all over the place they made the guests go off property to smoke. That is great however the cleaning crew was allowed to smoke at the front door. The lobby stunk of cigarettes and vape. I complained to the front desk manager about it and she gave me a big attitude about it. This needs to be addressed. Poor customer service to treat your guests as though they did something wrong by complain8ng about the staff who are blatantly ignoring the rules!
