  Today, Friday, February 20, 2026, both the young man who works the afternoon shift and the hotel manager treat customers very badly. I saw him mistreat a customer when she was at the counter.

  This is my second time staying at this hotel, where they made me a member. The first time, they charged me $177 on February 13th and 14th. I was only around, I just slept for two hours. My second time is today, Friday the 20th, and the cost is $121, according to them, because they gave me a resume, but they're charging me $146.12. The thing is, the hotel is actually clean, but the person in charge at the front desk always charges me $50 or $20 extra. So I called the manager, and she kicked me out of the hotel because I showed her that what she was telling me wasn't true. She told me that after I checked out, they would refund the $50 and the $20 deposit, which is a complete lie. The staff is very rude and don't know how to communicate. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel, and I'm going to lower its rating.

  We had a pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn. The front desk person was friendly and resolved the one concern we had. Our room was clean and everything functioned as expected. The breakfast was above the normal standard hotel fare. We appreciated the service. No complaints and would stay again if in Roswell.

  There is automatic charge on ALL rooms for breakfast, except you don’t know this until your final bill. Check-in was very stoic, nonchalant —-never mentioned breakfast, really not welcomed, as if I was a bother to their routine. But this was the overall attitude toward everyone—-I watched at least 3 other check-ins at various times and almost the same thing. Very disappointed to pay for a breakfast that I did not know i was being charged for or that I did not get a chance to participate.

  Waited almost 20 mins ringing the bell to check in at 7pm. Turned out there was two employees sitting at the bar drinking and ignoring me. When I asked where the front desk employee was they said probably in her office hanging out. The employee at the bar walked behind the desk to go get her that is when I realized she worked there. Rose finally came up with an attitude and didn’t offer an apology for the wait. I had a note on check in for a late check out (member)and asked her when checking in. Rose never got back to me. 5 am to 9 am the neighbors above had been banging and making noise so called it in. Went down at 8 am to ask again . Rose helped the lady behind me first and then gave me the same attitude. I asked for late check out again and she said she would call. They denied late check out. There are tons of rooms open after looking at booking and it being a Sunday. My wife is undergoing radiation and I just had open heart surgery. The broken sleep really messed with us. This has been the worst bed we have had at a holiday inn as well. We always do holiday inn for the comfort. Will no longer be staying here. They didn’t let me check out late so they could get off early for the Super Bowl. It had nothing to do with capacity or housekeeping staff.
