The Hampton Inn & Suites Roswell, NM hotel is located on US Hwy. 285, which is otherwise known as Main Street, while still being within the city limits of Roswell, New Mexico.
Our Hampton Inn & Suites hotel offers 70 rooms, 24 of which are studios, a meeting facility that accommodates 25 persons as well as a fitness center. All hotel rooms have a micro/fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. In addition, wired high-speed internet access and pay-to-view movies, music and games are also provided.
Whether you are in New Mexico for business or pleasure, enjoy our hot continental breakfast buffet served daily from 6 am to 10 am in our beautiful dining area. The front lobby area also features wireless internet access along with a unique 43 inch plasma flat screen television.

- CCCherylNov 8, 20253.0Hotel is going through a major reno and driveway was torn up and closed. There is a sidewalk accessing the front door. Room was great other than the TV had very few channels and no way to access Netflix or any apps. We eventually figured out how to mirror our phone to watch shows. Room had an oder when entering but once AC was turned on we didn’t notice any more. What we did find strange was there was never anyone at the front desk. Luckily we did check in via the app. We went in out several times during the day and never saw a person there. There was a very nice gentleman there the next morning when we checked out. Hotel is in a great location near stores and restaurants. Texas Roadhouse right next door which we enjoyed. Hotel is ok and we would probably stay again if ever in the area.

I unfortunately booked at the wrong place and no one was able to cancel my booking. I spoke to multiple reps over the phone all morning long who were supposedly the only ppl who could cancel it. I happened to stop by the hotel to talk to the front desk and see what could be done to cancel there. I was blessed to have Rihann up there. After talking to Rihann she did what she could and handled everything like a champ going as far talking to the reps again. We didn’t get anywhere told her thank you for doing what she could and left. I happen to go back again to pay the room even though I wasn’t gonna stay just so I can rebook my room elsewhere. Upon walking in Rihann and another male were at the front desk and she lmk she was able to cancel my booking. I mean this girl went over and above and I cannot say how grateful I am. We need more customer service ppl like Rihann kind, compassionate, friendly and all the above of greatness! As for this company I hope you know how great of an outstanding employee you have she is a great asset to this company. In the world we live in today it’s rare when you find a great outstanding worker like her. I highly recommend this place you’ll get the best outstanding customer service that I was given. My apologies for the length of the review but I felt it was important she get recognized for her hard work.

- SCSammi CurrSep 27, 20254.0Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. It's at the far north end of town. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work in our room. They did try to send the maintenance guy he'da turned. It is broken so they did move us rooms which was nice.
