    For a old motel, the rooms were clean as well as the grounds. The breakfast was NOT anything to write home to mom about.

    I did not expect such a great stay from an older Best Western. Loved the pleasant, polite welcome and checkin, the cleanliness, loved the old courtyard style, large rooms, super clean breakfast space, drive up to room parking. This stay exceeded my expectations and I have stayed in hundreds if not thousands of hotel rooms. We come through Roswell once a year and we will definitely stay here from now on. We have tried many of the others and this was the best.

    Checked in last night November 4, 2025 during a long road trip. Exhausted and had water in room 174 when went to bed. Exhausted and waited until morning to shower. No water. Couldn't take morning med, flush toilet, shower or anything. Notified front desk and was told to call later to see about some kind of refund. Called and told water softener recycling and no refund. Not even a partial one. Guess health department should be notified also. According to early morning person it happens regularly.

    Built in 2017, this is an economical location surrounded by LOTS of places to eat within walkin distance. I was pleasantly surprised to see open ceilings, a reflection of pre 80s. The exposed (painted) heavy rafters add character to the large room (top-floor). Staff was welcoming and very helpful. I have NEVER smelled a room so fresh, the Air Wick plug-ins is a smashing hit, this should be a corporate suggestion chain-wide. Included breakfast was nice. I wasn't happy originally that a king room wasn't available, but my 2 double beds were super comfortable, we both slept heavy and soundly all night.
