  This is a great place if you are driving a normal car or even a boxtruck. Not good for campers or trailers. It is right on main Street. A few blocks (walking distance) from the downtown "Alien" stuff! I suggest you start at the Roswell Visitor's Center first! There you will get a free map & even a free photo with your first Alien (they provide Alien glasses) for the photo!

  The room was clean, however the refrigerator was extremely loud and did not cool my food. Woke me up almost every time it turned on. The heater also had a hard time heating the room above 70. There was no comforter and only two small blankets so it was very cold at night. The ice machine didn't work. Shower didn't get as hot as I would like. I asked the desk clerk for an easily accessible room since I was hunting and had a lot of equipment to bring in. He gave me the very furthest room on the second floor so I had to walk through an ice patch in the parking lot and take the stairs. The motel was almost empty so I'm not sure why he did this. I just don't think he was listening. I won't stay here again. The room was clean, but not worth the non refundable price I paid.

  What started as an acceptable stay turned into a nightmare. I was assigned Room 186 on the ground floor, and the soundproofing is non-existent. Throughout the entire night, I could hear every single footstep from the guests staying above me, making it impossible to sleep. ​To make matters worse, the room has an adjoining interior door, and you can hear everything from the neighboring room. The neighbors were coughing all night long, and it sounded as if they were right inside my own room. While the facilities are well-maintained and the staff is friendly, none of that matters if you can't get any rest. I will never stay here again, and I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

  After spending all day getting sandblasted at the wind farm and the Truckstop that has no showers, I decided to book a room here. They have one spot for a truck and that night it was open. It looks like they are doing some updates to the property so I was give a room on the second floor. Eww to the second floor but it was right by the stairs and it was quite all night long. The room was large, nice size TV, and the bathroom was nice and adequate and good water pressure for the shower. Plenty of restaurant in walking distance but opted for a pizza because I was beat and just wanted to get clean and good night sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful from the phone call asking about truck parking, to check in. If in the area again for that crazy wind farm, I'll will stay again. I hope i get a first floor room then.
