- PFPappaJohn FloydApr 4, 20265.0The hotel was old and tired on the surface, but is undergoing renovation. Our bedroom was recently remodeled and redecorated. It was exceptionally spacious, clean, and the heating/air-conditioning unit was efficient and quieter than most. Its location on the I-25 corridor was convenient for our trip. The price was reasonable, even though it was Easter weekend. For an economy, chain Hotel, it was more than OK.

- IWIsom WilliamsMar 26, 20261.0If I could give this place a zero, I would. I booked a room there weeks in advance for a business trip. When I arrived it was a ghost town. There was a sign on the front door saying closed for renovations. It would have been nice to be informed of these ahead of time. I immediately tried calling the front desk and of course no one answered the phone. Luckily I was able to book a room at another hotel. The worst part is they STILL BILLED me for a no show when THEY were closed. I called after that and they had the nerve to act like it was my fault. An extremely rude woman claimed they weren't closed. Well the sign on the door that said CLOSED, an empty parking lot, and NO ONE answering the phone sure fooled me. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. 0/5.

The hotel staff is polite as always. Tesla and her partner, I didn't catch her name, long hair brunette young lady, we're both super sweet and helpful and I really appreciate that first thing in the morning. Looking forward to staying sometime after the remodeling is done. 😁 The only con I can see is, it's a little hard to get to from the highway, but it's not a deal breaker by any means.
