- LCLisa Nicole CunninghamFeb 22, 20264.0In fairness they're completely under construction so it wasn't the best day I've had it a Holiday inn but it's going to be amazing by the end of March they say. The hotel staff is polite as always. Tesla and her partner, I didn't catch her name, long hair brunette young lady, we're both super sweet and helpful and I really appreciate that first thing in the morning. Looking forward to staying sometime after the remodeling is done. 😁 The only con I can see is, it's a little hard to get to from the highway, but it's not a deal breaker by any means.
- JLJoJo LucchesiJan 11, 20265.0We stayed here Sunday evening 11/30. We were had an accident 2 exits from this hotel. They were all very kind and accommodating to me and my kids. The officer was so kind to pick us up off of the highway after almost 2 hrs stuck on the side of the road waiting for help. He packed up his truck with all of our luggage’s and drove us to this hotel. The lady that helped me check in was nothing but kind and understanding of what had happened. She offered my two kids some Gatorade and snacks to help with the whole ordeal. She was so kind understanding empathic staff. They all went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. Rachel , Amber and Misty thank you for your kindness.

- POPatricia OmiridisJan 3, 20261.0FYI -PLEASE BE AWARE -THIS HOTEL LOCATION (RATON,NM) APPEARS CLOSED WITH THE LIGHTS OFF AND CHAINS ON THE LOBBY ENTRANCE DOOR. WE SAW ONE LONELY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT. It was a bit scary to come upon at 9pm. Of course, we discovered this after booking a night for a stopover on our road trip. What’s strange is, how the website/HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES RATON hasn’t been updated to NOT accept reservations - it still says available at this location. I suggest not stopping in this town, it’s a scary place at night.
