He was friendly, professional, and genuinely empathetic, which made a big difference during my stay. Jared truly looked out for me and went above and beyond by providing a replacement hygiene kit when I realized I had forgotten my personal one. On top of that, he kindly provided extra sheets and pillows without hesitation, making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. His kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Jared is an awesome guy and a great example of outstanding customer service. Best Western is lucky to have him!
- LCLynne CalenderDec 15, 20255.0I loved my stay at this BW Plus in Raton! So many wonderful features: motion sensor extra lighting in the parking lot, a heated saltwater pool! Inside *and outside doors, a tub! Very clean. Generous amenities. And the hotel was quiet. The queen bed was firmer than I like but I so enjoyed the rest of my stay that I will go back. Oh, the included breakfast: stellar! Good, hot food. Plenty of eggs, ham, potato’s, oatmeal, pancakes and decent coffee and hot tea, in a pleasant, well-run dining room, nicely decorated for the holidays. Cloth napkins! Every staff member I had touch with was courteous and helpful. And the price point was more than reasonable; they gave me a lot of value for my money. I also want to recommend the onsite Mulligan’s Bar & Grill, my small entree Cobb salad with grilled chicken was tasty and pretty. Again, decent prices for good food. Really enjoyed my experience. Thank you!
- MSM SDec 11, 20255.0I was surprised how great this hotel was. All staff were 110% professional and service was great, from check in thru dinner and breakfast the next morning. It would be an especially great place to stay during harsh weather (hot or cold), with the full service restaurant on site. Our room was more roomy than expected, and while an older style decor was in great shape. Comfy bed, and really good selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again whenever needed in the future.
- PMPete MDec 11, 20255.0I'm a Diamond member of the Best Western rewards program and have been staying at Best Western for over 20 years. This is one of the best properties I've stayed at. We stayed in a single king. There was a great sitting area, the bed was comfortable, the room had plenty of light including an overhead light (pretty rare), the bathroom was spacious and the exhaust fan came on with the light, and we appreciated having the sink outside of the bathroom. Having a restaurant in the property was a great bonus. The prices were comparable with a stand-alone restaurant. Breakfast was great--the food was incredible (much better than typical hotel breakfasts).
