  I’ve stayed at many many Holiday inn express locations this one might just top off my list of being favorites at the moment. Staring off with the check in experience i sadly cannot remember the name of the worker who took care of me but real polite and straight forward. The rooms felt very clean and comfortable including a nice modern feel. I also love how many IHG hotels or i think all at this point have gone to putting bottles of good smelling dove soaps , which have made me just leave all my travel soaps at home. The pull was definitely nice a little cold and it being almost 30 degrees when i went on this trip in late february was understandable and thank goodness the hot tub was hot and relaxing. Breakfast was pretty good enough for my day to have a great start. 1 Slight thing to keep in mind is the location is kind of on the outside of town so prepare for a 5+ min drive to any attractions or points of interest.

  I was 2000 miles away from home and needed to stay in a hotel. I called and spoke with the front desk and they told me that I would be able to park my truck and trailer there. The room we were staying in the guests before us must’ve didn’t realize that the window shade was automatic and pulled it off track. The maintenance guy named Adrian came right away and fixed it. He was very professional very polite and you could tell that he really does a good job at that place. I could see why the place is so nice because they have a person like Adrian keeping everything working correctly and nice from the background. Very nice hotel. Extremely clean. Staff is extremely polite. Rooms are literally 5 star. The views are amazing. You can get great views right from the hotel parking lot. They have a co-op grocery store right across the street. It’s like a 3 minute walk. The room had a stove and pots, pans, plates so we were able to cook a great dinner. Pool and hot tub extremely clean. So if you’re in Los Alamos New Mexico this should be the only hotel you stay at.

  Do not like entrance.....easy to miss... no good fruit options for guests. Cookies ....

  Clear poop stains on the toilet (see pic1)! When we called the front desk, do you know what they said? "Oh, we were fully booked yesterday." WHAT??? So you already expected the room to be unclean??? And what happened to the new room that we switched to? See pic2. Better, huh. The two spots on the toliet became even acceptable after we were exposed to the first room...
