After getting our room and unpacking, found the heater didn't work. Had to repack and move to another room. They said breakfast at 6. We went down for breakfast at 6:30. No hot food (eggs, meat or gravy) . Those items didn't come out until 7:15. We've stay at this Best Western for years. Don't think we will be staying here again.

I arrived at 11am that morning and the front desk girl stated my room would not be ready until 3pm.. I had to wait all day to check in at 3pm. They would not allow me to cancel without paying a cancelation fee. I stayed maybe 6 hours as I have to work and drive at night.. Was not worth it and I would not recommend. This is causing me to have to drive multiple hours and work on the same day . I could have simply napped in.my van.. In my opinion a hotel should not except reservations if they are not able to honor that reservation. The fact that this hotel lied to multiple people about the room being ready puts in in my (do not stay here) catagory... WOULD NOT RECOMEND. HOTEL STAFF ARE NOT HONEST.. I will not be staying here again and I will make sure my company doesn't book any more hotels at this location..
