I wasn't satisfied on this stay. I was quoted on price over the phone and charged a higher price upon arrival. After getting our room and unpacking, found the heater didn't work. Had to repack and move to another room. They said breakfast at 6. We went down for breakfast at 6:30. No hot food (eggs, meat or gravy) . Those items didn't come out until 7:15. We've stay at this Best Western for years. Don't think we will be staying here again.

This place is zero star for me..I requested early check in on 10/10/25 and even had 3 different call and verify the room would be available.
I arrived at 11am that morning and the front desk girl stated my room would not be ready until 3pm..
I had to wait all day to check in at 3pm. They would not allow me to cancel without paying a cancelation fee.
I stayed maybe 6 hours as I have to work and drive at night..
Was not worth it and I would not recommend.
This is causing me to have to drive multiple hours and work on the same day .
I could have simply napped in.my van..
In my opinion a hotel should not except reservations if they are not able to honor that reservation.
The fact that this hotel lied to multiple people about the room being ready puts in in my (do not stay here) catagory...
WOULD NOT RECOMEND.
HOTEL STAFF ARE NOT HONEST..
I will not be staying here again and I will make sure my company doesn't book any more hotels at this location..

Front desk help was very unfriendly, seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. N r did ask where I preferred to be too or bottom floor, I have been asked this in the past. A bit into the night we decided to go out when i realized I forgot my key in my room, went n stopped to ask for another one waited for about 5min till we had to do a hello then she storms out of the back n was asked why i needed, again seemed very bothered by me asking. The room was a bit dirt floors n tub had hair the door had a huge gap light was shinning thru, the lock on the door was extremely hard to lock. I have never had an experience like this in the past this is always my go to plc when I’m there in LV
