- MJMike JonesApr 20, 20264.0This HI is deep in the process of extensive renovation, so this review will cover the problems we encountered. When they are as complete as possible, this will fully be a 5-star hotel. 1. Took a techician over an hour to get the AC working. 2. Bathroom door has no soft stop when opening, and crashes loudly into the molding at the floor. It is already showing damage. 3. No rubber protection of the floor molding at the entrance to the luggage carts. Chunks already missing from the drywall. 4. The bedroom dark slide is installed improperly and doesn't go up and down inside the track, leaving the room very bright from the parking lot light and sun. This is pure incompetence by the renovation team. 5. This is the worst and MUST be corrected! The bedroom wall TV by the work desk has a very sharp corner sticking out right at forehead height. That sharp corner is stitches and a lawsuit waiting to happen! The wall TV must be moved at least 8 inches to the right so that it's away from the path to the work desk. When these and other renovations are done and done right, this will be a wonderful place to stay.

- DADemian AnchondoMar 1, 20262.0Dirty floors carpet and bath tubs with stains all over we also had no water for half of the morning then everything was messy and torn up in the floor levels and some other floors then key cards would constantly not work and we would have to reload them then there was no pool because it was under reconstruction and they charged my family and a family we came with two times what we paid.
