From the moment I interacted with him, he was rude, dismissive, and spoke in a disrespectful tone, showing zero concern for basic customer service. What made the situation even more alarming was that he was talking to children in a completely inappropriate way, asking them which rooms they were staying in. This behavior is not just unprofessional—it’s alarming and completely unacceptable he is disrespectful and smelly i won’t be staying again

He claimed that everyone checked in already so there’s no clean rooms available to switch us to. He eventually refunded us so we walked out late night with no hotel room to stay. However, I saw other people checking in after us, so no room to switch is a LIE! Worst IHG experience ever!!!

The only thing I wish was that the rooms were updated but can’t complain at all about this. The rooms are extremely serviceable for what I used them for each time. Loved having the full sized fridge and other kitchenette things

We had a big group so the clerk was giving us an extremely hard time about the names and some of our group was not there. We got it figured out after 45 minutes. The trash out front was overflowing onto the floor and looked disgusting. The next morning the coffee was empty, there were no plates for food, and the food was empty more times than full. Hopefully we will not get booked here in the yeas to come because this is an annual event we do in Las Cruces.

Great Breakfast & Evening Social The daily breakfast is consistently good, and the evening social on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday is a nice bonus. They offer coffee, sodas, and snacks, and it’s a great way to unwind after the day. The breakfast and evening social crew are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. If you’re someone who normally tips housekeeping, don’t forget about these folks as well. They deserve it just as much.
