- HQHope QuintanaNov 16, 20252.0Hotel is being remodeled which it desperately needs so it’s a bit of a mess. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning was fine. Pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausage and bakery goods. No water fill stations and very limited number of small water bottles provided at breakfast. Half of the hallway of the rooms face the road right by the train. You can hear it as if it was right next you. Makes it very difficult to sleep. It runs 2-3 times each night it seems. Very loud and the blinds are terrible. They need replacing. Beds were comfy and clean sheets. There was dry wall scraps on top of the bed but nothing a little brushing off couldn’t fix. The bathroom needed attention. Just smells old and musty and the tub was disgusting. Discolored top to bottom, fixtures were rusty and cocking was moldy all the way around. AC worked just fine. Microwave and mini fridge worked. Overall not a place I’ll bring my family to again unless this remodel brings some much needed upgrades. (Was told we were in an upgraded room, absolutely couldn’t tell.)
