Room was fantastic. The front desk team provided excellent customer service. The restaurant definitely needs work. The dinner menu was very good. The service was horrible Extremely slow on a not busy night. The breakfast didn’t come close to the Hilton standards. Many basic breakfast foods not available. Was told they were delivered. Having worked in restaurants in graduate school that’s code for we don’t pay our suppliers. Next time going to seek alternative Hilton property

Only thing I didn't like was the charge for the bottled water in the room. 3 bucks for a 50 cent bottle of h20 was stupid and kind of annoying. This is a pet friendly hotel and though I saw a few very well mannered dogs I did not hear any dogs at all. Overall I would recommend as a great place. Staff was very nice.

Overpriced. Oliver was very helpful with phone directions and even printed out a map for us once we arrived and were looking for a Thai restaurant. The refrigerator did not work. The coffee machine was extremely difficult to get anything from. Beds were comfortable. Bath and shower quite good. Breakfast was extra and the "chef" only put in a quarter of a teaspoon of tomato in the omelet. Coffee was nothing to write home about. But it is an easy off and on to the freeway.

I reserved online at a price higher than most surrounding hotels due to the proximity of where I was going. When I arrived I was told about an addtional $30.00 convenience fee which they charged to ...prepay...for any convenience items I used. My room had bottled water for $3.00 per bottle, the 'free' internet was a 7 day free trial! NOTHING about this stay suggesed they thought I was a welcome guest and instead treated me like I was a thief they had to protect themselves from!! I asked the clerk why the $30.00 convenience fee was not disclosed to me...before...I arrived and she made up a lame excuse. Had I known about it when I was reserving online, I would have found another hotel. Will not ever go back to a Hilton!!!
