- AHAllen H2 days ago1.0My truck was broken into. They stoled about $1200 of items. Alot of homeless people around. Its a nice and clean hotel. Iv stayed there many times over the years. The area has gotten rough though. They need night time security for sure. I will never stay there again.

- ECElizabeth ChapmanDec 17, 20251.0DO NOT STAY HERE! We had a BED BUG in our bed on the second floor! The hotel is dirty. We checked in around 1 AM and had to be moved to another room because the floors and toilet were dirty in the original room. We moved to a second room, and when we woke up the next morning, there was a bedbug in one of the beds!!! We immediately reported this to management with photo and video evidence and checked out. Of course, management is gaslighting us saying they hired professionals and found no evidence of this. I never even received a phone call from the manager to discuss. I had to follow up several times via email just to have her tell me they would do nothing to help. My sister has bites on her face, neck and back, photos attached to this review. I also have a video of it crawling around in the bed but google wouldn’t allow me to post it here. We had to detail our vehicle, use a laundromat to wash everything we had with us, and take extra precautions to ensure we didn't bring an infestation into our house. Hilton will do nothing to help you! Learn from our mistake and do not stay here, why risk it!! Edit 12/31: sent the manager the information she requested and never heard back after following up multiple times. Adding the meta data here to prove these were taken in this hotel.
