- EGElizabeth George1 day ago4.0The rooms are somewhat dated but offer a cute and rustic charm. The beds were a bit too soft but the pillows were nice. We were traveling with an infant and our bathtub did not have a plug for the drain. We called the front desk and they were nice enough to find one. I can’t remember the name of the staff member but he was very kind & brought it to our room. Cannot speak on the breakfast or other amenities as we did not use them. But overall, I’d recommend Best Western Las Cruces to families or anyone wanting something affordable but not “cheap”

- TMT MDec 31, 20254.0Wonderful oasis for us weary travelers! It's not right off the i10 but not too far at all. Completely worth it! Bed was so comfortable we slept right through the free breakfast. Which judging from the room must have been delicious. Room was good size, plenty of space. Decorated really well so we felt like we were staying with family/friends rather than a hotel. Staff was really friendly! We are definitely adding this one to our preferred travel stop. With all that being said though, can't do 5 star because the shower temperature fluctuates. The cold water just went out for a couple seconds and the water became scalding hot. So a tip for using the shower, don't crank up the hot water, and if you do, when it starts getting hot, beware! It was a painful lesson. But I'm fine. No burns.

He offered us breakfast and made my family a safe place to rest as we pass by to head home in San Antonio, Texas. Thank you, Tracy, for your hospitality and amazing service at breakfast. She is sweet and an excellent cook. Thank you again, Jonathan and Tracy for your hospitality. Have an amazing New Year.

From the moment we arrived, Alicia at the front desk set the tone for our stay—she was fast, efficient, and incredibly polite. We honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service. We chose this hotel because of the great price, and wow, were we impressed. For the value, it simply can’t be beat. We’ve been traveling across the country and staying in hotels along the way, and this might just be our favorite stay for the price point. The room was clean and comfortable—no frills, but exactly what we needed—and the customer service was top-notch. Plus, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which isn’t something you can say about every hotel. Overall, we’re really excited to have found this place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
