  The rooms have very spanish Western look. It feels like your visiting Abuelita. The check in office is so pretty. The breakfast buffet isn't the best but it's good and everything is clean. The lady at the front desk is super nice. Very accommodating. The only thing is that it's next to railroad tracks. I will definitely be back.

  We were in town for a memorial and needed 2 rooms, one dog friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rates to include our pet were very reasonable an staff was quite friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was standard for Best Western and more than adequate. We'll return.

  This place is wonderful! My family was a little shaken up after a bad experience with another motel in town and had to find an alternative on a last-minute basis. We received a warm welcome here and we found our room to be extremely clean and comfortable. Front desk staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and there was a nice variety of options. Decor in lobby and room is beautiful: exposed wood beams, Kachina, Spanish tile flooring, geometric patterns, leather, Catholic saints, cacti, high quality mission-style furniture. The bed was comfortable. Sheets, towels, duvet cover were very clean. Very nice bathroom, shower head had several options and water pressure was good. Very large sink area outside of the bathroom. 100% recommend!

  Was in the las cruces area and founded this hotel at a good price. Even though it’s an older establishment, everything was done at a professional level and I felt welcome. Checking in and out was super smooth, the front desk also very kind and helpful. Room was clean, had everything inside. Fridge Microwave Iron Hair dryer Towels Soap Got two key cards to share with my family. The only thing I would say is that the complementary breakfast was okay…but very convenient, to grab a cup of coffee and maybe make some fresh waffles.. had some eggs with biscuits and gravy, it was ok. BUT they do have a wide variety, like juices, yogurt along with some fruit, bread and bagels plus cereal. Overall, I think this places meets the expectations, plus I felt safe and there’s a boat load of parking spots. Thank you best western.

  This was a great Best Western. The rooms were large and had a southwest feel. They were very clean. The breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had at a Best Western. Finally the staff is amazing. The girl at the desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful and the lady who ran the breakfast was fantastic, friendly and very accommodating for us and our three young kids. Few things to note though. The doors face outside and there is no elevator to the second floor. We didn’t have a problem with this but it may be a concern to some. The breakfast room is in the lobby which requires a short walk from most the rooms. However, the grounds are beautiful with a little green grass area in the middle. We didn’t have any trouble parking but the lot is small and one way. I did see parking for oversized vehicles and vehicles with trailers but we didn’t need it so I don’t know much about it. If you have a trailer, I would call ahead just to make sure.
