- ACArcelia CervantezMar 25, 20261.0We recently stayed and employees were great. The bedding had bugs and my husband and I woke up with many bug bites. I informed staff. Sure hope this was taken care of. Probably won't take the risk again.

I didn't get her name but the lady that helped us was so nice & professional. She already had the room keys ready to go.We didn't even have to go back to the desk. The new room is also exceptionally clean & the AC is cold. The hot tub is fantastic. I won't stay anyplace else!!!

There is no water pressure. It’s like a mist of water coming from the showerhead. It takes forever just to get yourself clean not relaxing at all. This was extremely frustrating.
- DRDave RossFeb 7, 20264.0The wifi is weak so the TV is constantly lagging. Almost unwatchable. The hot tub was broken which was a bummer. The towels are the roughest I have ever had in a hotel. On the good side is the breakfast (hot and tasty), the free cookies in the lobby and as I said before the staff here is super nice and did what they could to make it a nice stay.
- ZHZach HebertDec 8, 20253.0Extremely expensive place to stay overnight. The clerk at the front desk overcomplicated the check in process and tried to charge me without even giving me the price. Breakfast is included in the rate if you have time to wait for it however it's not available till 7am on weekends and 6:30 through the week. Sunday morning the food was good. Monday morning I had to work so checked out before breakfast hours
