Floors weren't properly vacuumed, bedding had a red stain on it, the coffee maker was disgust, the ice bucket had water in it, and the curtains were ripped. It was cleaned half assed so I didn't leave a tip for Bertha.

My room was very clean, excellent a/c, large mini fridge and a really bigTV that actually WORKS! I'm not picky about price; however, I found it to be well worth the price. If I come back to Hobbs, I will be staying here again.
