Breakfast is included in the rate if you have time to wait for it however it's not available till 7am on weekends and 6:30 through the week. Sunday morning the food was good. Monday morning I had to work so checked out before breakfast hours

However, room is clean, no bed bugs and towels even smell clean!! Plus they had free cookies. My curtains don’t close all the way so light is in my eyes in the morning. 4 star for clean . Probably wouldn’t stay again just due to bed.
