  Customer service is the worst, I tried to check in 20 min earlier then 3pm, and was told I would get charged an extra 30 to check in early so had to go drive around until 3pm. While checking in the lady asked why I renting a room, I replied "my sons graduation " she goes to tell me and Emphasize "its not a public pool so no one else is allowd in the pool area since now she knows i have family in town. The rooms are very loud you could hear everything outside even someone walking, the shower had dried up shampoo or conditioner all over the shower wall like it hadn't been wiped down from the last stay. In the morning I called the front office fromm the room phone like 10 times, to get a late check out since I wasn't sure if my son's graduation practice was going to go past 11. I got no answer, I tied calling the number on the phone from the room phone and that number was disconnected so I Google the number from my cell phone and called another 7 times from my phone finally the lady answered and started rudely I was attending the breakfast hall and started they could only do 30 late check out. I told her that wasn't even a late check out and she stated that's all she can do again very rudely. I will never stay at this location again.

  The place was some what clean, the beds were ok and all appliances work well and they have big restrooms. Now on to the bad things, there was empty liquor bottles behind my bed and the toilet was filthy. Other than that it was ok. Area seemed safe.

  Worst hotel horrible service dirty af absolutely gross and when we called to book room they lied and told us pool was open found out it had been shut down since beginning of covid pandemic horrible place will never stay there or with any of their other locations

  Bueno pero no me fijé que admitían animales y soy alérgico al pelo de perros o gatos pero muy bueno no pregunté pero espero que tengan habitaciones donde no puedan entrar animales
