  Stopped here while traveling thru on the interstate. Check in was quick with the reservation we made a couple of hours earlier. Our room was nice and quiet. Breakfast area had plenty of room, and reasonable selections for a free breakfast.

  AVOID THIS HOTEL. We have bern faithful Best Western members for years but will now avoid after this awful stay. Noisy! Very rude and condescending manager “Wayne”. Way overpriced!! Dumpy. Ceilings paper thin!! Guests in room above us sounded like herd of elephants all night long. Heater was ANCIENT and the outside cover fell off and it did not work. Super loud grinding noises we were cold all night. Bathrooms have only one switch that turns on light and the super LOUD ceiling fan. Coffee in the morning so weak you could see bottom of your cup. We reported the heater issue and specifically asked to talk to manager. We waited 3 days but he ignored our requests/concern so we finally had to call the hotel. Then he said it was OUR fault heater didn’t work and refused to take responsibility for hotel not properly maintaining the heaters and not making sure they were working before they assign the room to guests. Great hotels within 40-50 miles that are not way overpriced and dumpy.

  My family and I have stayed at this hotel without issue, the place is kept fairly clean and prior service has been good. We booked through Priceline for their large double queen room due to traveling with our 7month old who sleeps in a pack and play at the time. Upon check in the woman at the front gave us our keys we got to the room (106) and was unfortunately put in a standard room. After asking to be put in the correct room we booked she stated “I don’t pick the rooms they were all pre assigned by my manager, I’m just here to check people in”. We decided to just deal with it and upon returning to our room we found black bugs on the comforter and pulled the sheets back to our mattress, the bed had no mattress protector with what looks like pee and vomit stains. The bathroom was gross and hair was found on the floor and folded towels. They did offer to move us rooms at that point but we decided to leave and stay at the sure stay across the street who was able to accommodate us with their (CLEAN) large suite and friendly staff to complete our stay. After notifying best western and the manager Wayne Hellberg about the issues with our room and stay the manager he accused my wife of lying and stated that wasn’t his hotel he also reported to upper management that the room was checked and nothing was found. After this experience we absolutely will not be staying with them on future trips to Grants. My advise would be to spend the money to stay with holiday inn or you can save a little and stay across the road at sure stay.

  Bed bugs and pee/throw up stains on the bed. Room was disgusting. Booked a big size room and got a smaller one then no accommodations though staff. No refund cause the hotel wouldn’t work correspond with Priceline had to dispute though my bank. Would not recommend!
