I was just going to my car with my 9 yr old and it had just happened. I’m glad I hadn’t walked out 10 mins before it could have been me. Made me very nervous for the rest of my trip. Glad we were just passing through.

I told the front desk about it and they said they’d bring up new sheets and pillowcases that never happened. Told him I wanted my money back and to leave the hotel they told me they would not refund me anything. This Holiday Inn express in Gallup, New Mexico is a filthiest hotel I have seen of all time. I recommend not Staying there!
