No bueno Holiday Inn. Hotel employees are either too inept or don’t care to properly manage third party reservations.

- BFBarnett FischerOct 12, 20255.0Did you ever see, "My Cousin Vinnie"? Be sure to ask for an odd numbered room. Even numbered rooms face the BNSF rail tracks, and they run all day and night. The room was fine. The shower head could use a few minutes in some CLR. Comfy bed, third floor, good view. Plenty of parking. The microwave faces the bed, and has an annoying bright light. I created a cover for it from the door hanger. Nice hack. All of the staff were polite, helpful, and friendly.

Tried to use them in Memphis and Gallup NM. Was told the hotel was at capacity for REWARDS guests!! Called later to see if there were 4 rooms available at 10pm that same nite, was well assured there were plenty of rooms available....sooooo.... I stayed at La Quinta instead, right next door for 40$ cheaper.....on principle!!! And it was a wonderful room and a perfectly good breakfast, no worse than yours.You lost loyal customers today, just because....
