  This place was wonderful! Clean, well laid out room, extremely curteous staff, a very good breakfast. As an added bonus, the restaurant across the street at the El Rancho Hotel was very nice for a quick dinner. I will be back the next time that I'm in the area.

  Wow! Gallup Inn & Suites was beautifully decorated with Artwork from a local, the lobby was dressed up for the season, and the staff was A1!. The beds were comfy, clean clean and everything was in perfect order. Excellent stay.

  A lady was very unprofessional and had attitude with guest “rolling of the eyes”, “big sucking of the teeth”. She was refusing to make more food and blaming it on other guest about the amount of food they were eating and saying they should save some for other guest. We as guest are the main priority there also pay for breakfast with the cost of the room(s). Guest shouldn’t be limited on food. They should have prepared for the 4 Corners Football Tournament.

  This BW has been of the best we stayed at. The staff are all very friendly, the room is spacious and clean, the shower is great - and the breakfast buffet is one which deserves the name. And the coffee machine with so many different things to choose from (Lattes, Cappuccino, Moccas, etc.) is great! What we also observed is that all the staff (cleaning, front desk, workers etc.) can help themselves at the breakfast buffet which is great! Less food waste & appreciation of the employees!

  Passing through with family on our way to OKC. I chose this BW Plus since it was the half way point on our way to and from. The location is a few minutes off I-40 and close to several fast food options. Plenty of parking and it was a fairly new BW Plus, so it was well lit and clean inside. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because they did not reserve the type of room I booked. I made these reservations back in April (2025). When I arrived for the first night, I was told the room had been given away (?), but there was another available on a higher floor. We had requested a room on the bottom floor with a sofa bed. On the return home, we checked in for our next stay and again, I was told the room we reserved was no longer available. I had checked in this time on the app and reminded them I needed a sofa bed. Fortunately, there was an ADA jr king suite available, so I paid to upgrade, which was only $9. The room was great and after 10 hours on the road, the extra room was well needed. Overall, experience was good, but I don’t understand why our rooms were not held despite being booked months in advance. I’ve included a photo of my reservation confirmation.
