  Room was very clean but the common areas needed better cleaning and the breakfast was horrible. Sausage tasted like it was from the day before, eggs were watery and I was there just after it started

  Would not honor their own online pricing. Wanted $75 more than listed price and would only accept cash. Seem like a scam and very suspicious. Would not recommend

  At first everything was going alright with our stay at this best western in Gallup NM the room is nice and the pool but the breakfast is not the best because the lady who runs it was off set doesn't like to be spoken too and the breakfast that was prepared eggs and sausage other items felt very cold and dried. What really ticked me off was the fact another person who works the front desk was telling me to avoid visiting chaco canyon national park first of all I've been there like couple of times but too hear some biased person who tells me otherwise does tell me they don't like the four corners area at all and I've heard people from the Gallup NM area all say they don't like visiting Farmington NM area I believe that's a lie cause at one point I did see a couple of people I know from Gallup NM shop there and what a bunch of liars they all are saying they have dislike towards that area!!! Another thing which bothered me was the fact this hotel has a rule about when housekeeping won't change the sheets or clean anything if there's something on the bed on the last night I had sleep on the filth from the day before when I asked the front desk about this they claimed its my fault for leaving a jacket and bag on the bed I"m suppose to removed well I didn't leave anything on there and what a bunch of lies that was which made me not want to ever stay here again because of that inconvenience!!!!

  Cleanness is not great. Room was freezing 62. Location is good right off the freeway. List is provided of everything you will be charged for if it’s gone. Extremely detailed made me feel like owner are tired of theives. Didn’t build confidence in the safety of the area. Linen is old and needs replacing and an extra blanket in the room would have been nice since it was cold. Noise was a bother walls and thin. I wouldn’t stay again. Employees were very nice and friendly 😉
