Anytime I left my room I always saw someone cleaning. There was even a robot vacuum going up and down the hall when housekeeping wasn’t present. As for the room, soft comfortable bed, fridge, coffee maker, iron were great to have. I forgot to bring my shampoo and conditioner and I hate using the ones provided by the hotel. However I was pleasantly surprised they had Dove products in the room! The shower pressure and temperature were great. Overall no complaints with the hotel itself. The location is in a bit of an odd area, a little industrial. However it was close to the location of an event we were attending.

Biggest negative, not enough carts for luggage. I had a very heavy tub of Christmas presents that I didn't want to leave in the car. No luck getting a cart in the early morning. My back is now suffering.
