- CFClifford FJan 6, 20261.0This has got to be the nastiest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. It looks as if a fresh coat of paint was thrown onto an old rundown hotel. The paint job is massively unprofessional and looks as if they painted over drywall problems instead of fixing them. It smells like an old musty hotel which makes it clear that they didn't actually clean anything before painting it. The toilet in the bathroom is right against the wall which makes it awkward to use. It wouldn't be so bad but they decided to put the toilet paper roll dispenser right there next to you which makes the whole experience much more awkward. I had to sit on the toilet at an angle and remove the TP roll from the holder before going so I could reach it. The grounds outside also looked unkept. Yes, it's a Holiday Inn but for the price it might be worth considering a different location while in Farmington, NM.

- MTMemarie TsosieNov 2, 20255.0Great hotel. From the minute I checked in, there was good customer service. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Anytime I left my room I always saw someone cleaning. There was even a robot vacuum going up and down the hall when housekeeping wasn’t present. As for the room, soft comfortable bed, fridge, coffee maker, iron were great to have. I forgot to bring my shampoo and conditioner and I hate using the ones provided by the hotel. However I was pleasantly surprised they had Dove products in the room! The shower pressure and temperature were great. Overall no complaints with the hotel itself. The location is in a bit of an odd area, a little industrial. However it was close to the location of an event we were attending.
