- NGNastassia GalimbaDec 31, 20251.0I checked in about an hour ago, and while the room was labeled as non-smoking, I immediately noticed the lingering smell of smoke. The staff seemed to be trying to eliminate it, but the odor persisted throughout the room. Although I could have requested a different room, it was 9:30 p.m., and moving all our belongings after a 12-hour drive would have been too much of a hassle. Additionally, I have a strong feeling that this Best Western is deceiving potential guests by using photos they’ve personally posted on their website. The room in which we stayed appeared significantly older compared to the ones shown on their business profile. BEWARE of this hotel - consider driving another three miles or so and explore other options.

Decent room in this area and the breakfast is also good as they even provided green chili daily. Enjoyed our stay at Farmington.
- JSJesus SantiagoDec 4, 20251.0I rented a room at best western plus in Farmington 11/20/25 The service is awful put smile on your face to serve customers the experience at the motel after a long drive was not acceptable. Later that night I got back from dinner and was relaxing on my bed when I saw bedbug crawling on my bed. I was furious called the front desk and they came to my room got the bedbug and took it with them. They exchange me rooms to a new room, but I will never stay at this motel because they have bedbugs. Who knows what Other rooms have bedbugs. I also seen a roach crawling on my bathroom floor. This motel is really disgusting and the service sucks. I will never recommend staying at this motel…. You can say what you want in your review or whatever you want best western because I know what I experienced at your motel just say something nice to say there was no bedbugs which I know their was DO NOT STAY HERE THEY HAVE BEDBUGS!!!!
