They except AAA and the room was very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, courteous and polite. The room was big, the bed was comfy. I had no complaints.

However, when a hotel doesn't cut costs to the point where you are taking care of business with the equivalent of sandpaper, well, that tells me they care about the guest experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was above average. Will definitely stay here again.

However, when I confronted the front desk person, she told me only service dogs were allowed and that if they were not certified as a service dog their reservation would be cancelled. I spoke with Mr Philip Narvaez, the GM, about this and he said his front desk person blatantly lied to me. The place is dirty. The staff is not attentive and if you want a 100% better experience, go on to Ozona IHG. And if you are an Elite member, they won’t acknowledge you. The worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life, bar none. I wish I had taken photos, but the place is disgusting.
