They covered every need a traveler needs after a long day on the road, which we haven't seen at other places lately. It's obvious the management is very focused on taking really good care of their guests by the level of attention to detail here. Absolutly stunning and extremely well maintained grounds. The pool area looked really nice too. We missed breakfast but hope to catch it next time because we will definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect!!! Deming appears to be making a strong comeback. Happy to see that 😊

- RMRichard MikOct 13, 20251.0Never stay here! The room charge was $98.39. When I got the bill there was a separate additional charge for $250. I called and the manager. She said that I smoked in the room. They charged me $250 to clean the room. The manager claimed they have "evidence" but she couldn't tell me what the evidence was. The manager said they would not reverse the charge. I explained that I don't smoke. And that I didn't smoke in the room. That made no difference. She absolutely refuse to remove the charge or provide the "evidence". They didn't contact me before they charged my credit card an extra $250 without my permission. I protested the charge with my credit card company. What a scam. Don't stay here. These people aren't honest.

The bed was really comfortable. The comp breakfast had a variety of food that we enjoyed 🥞 The hotel is accessible right as you go into town but the entrance from the street was a bit confusing. I think putting up signs with arrows would be helpful.
