It was a spot on the map we picked to break up our mileage between Florida and California. Our hotel was awesome! We were greeted as Platinum Elite Members. Our room was spacious and immaculate. It was actually our favorite Best Western property to date!
- PMPaul McGaheeJan 4, 20265.0The hotel is a little hidden from the main street. Its nestled back a little between the stripes gas station and McDonalds.,It appeared newly renovated. They allowed our dogs and put us in a ground floor room as requested. The room was nice, with modern amenities to include a smart TV, single cup coffee maker, microwave and fridge. It also had a lounge chair with table and lamp in addition to a writing desk with chair. The AC and heat worked great. Room was very clean and condition of beds and linens were great. I had a technical issue with the TV and the desk clerk came to the room and showed me the issue was a receiver pod on a pig tail was hidden and therefore the remote didn't connect. The staff here is very cordial and helpful. One of my dogs wandered off (got loose abd decided to explore) and a staff member called my dog over with a treat, then asked if the room was in order and did we need anything extra. There is a McDonalds and a Stripes gas station adjacent to the hotel and in easy walking distance. The hotel to my surprise offered a Free Hot Breakfast! Something not usually found in a Best Western when its not designated as a “Plus” hotel. There is also a Indoor hot tub and pool. In Summary - this is a great choice - clean rooms, great service with friendly staff. We travel through Clovis 2-4 times a year and this is now our preffered choice for lodging in Clovis NM.

Price was nice, room was big with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot in room. Flavored water machine located near front desk, nice and refreshing. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Nice extras were the gym, pool, and the nice breakfast set up. The lady who took care of breakfast area was nice and kept this area Very clean and food was stocked and fresh. Only negative was the train passing nearby that could be heard during the night. I was very tired so I did fall asleep despite the train whistle. Thank you.
