My room (Rm 124) was clean, although there were some slight issues: the round plate on the shower head arm is rusty, the bathroom door is scratched, the case goods are heavily scratched, and the lamp shade is broken. The property sits ‘right on’ Hwy 87 (name changes to 1st Street in town), and the traffic noise can be disturbing when trying to sleep. I travel with a small fan, which helped drown out the traffic noise. The breakfast was good and featured homemade tortillas, homemade green chili, and fresh-cracked eggs. Out of the few hotel properties in the area, this is probably the best one. Note that there are no fast-food restaurants in the area; there is one grocery store and a Dollar General nearby.

Also had a decent breakfast in the morning, and the pool looks like it would be fun in the summer! Definitely recommend. :)
