    Kaira, the front desk manager here, was outstandingly helpful! On a road trip with my family for Christmas, we planned to stay the night in Albuquerque but had a sudden transmission failure with one of our cars. It was very fortunate that it happened only a few miles south of Bloomfield, as we were able to coast downhill back into town. Best Western happened to be located right where we needed a hotel to be. With three small children in our group, nobody wants to deal with all the stress of this situation! The staff had accommodations ready for us that night, and the breakfast was a great way to start off the day the following morning. After considering the totality of our circumstances, Kaira went the extra mile (or two) and really helped us out with what we needed to do with our vehicle during our vacation. She was compassionate and understanding and did more for us than what you'd typically expect. We were beyond grateful for the exceptions she made that eased our stress greatly, as we picked up a rental car to continue our vacation. This place was well worth the stay, and in the pinch we were in, it saved us from having to call off the trip altogether! Thank you Best Western, and Kaira, you were great!!

    You got rid of the Noosa yogurt for a nasty yogurt machine. You watered down the black rifle coffee. Now your breakfast is on par with other hotels. You got Jack. There’s no incentive for me to ever stay here again when I come through each month. People know when you’re being cheap. Another mediocre stay

    The room was very comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. In addition, the hot buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced.
