- KCKy CasandraNov 13, 20252.0Had to check out two nights early and get another hotel. READ THE REVIEWS! This is the most grossest Best Western I’ve ever been to. Everything is falling apart. There’s a hole in the wall. Everything looks like it has water damage. There’s a big tear in my carpet. You can hear everything. The upstairs neighbors fan sounds like they’re drilling through the wall. I don’t know what the point of key card entrances are if the back door is broken and anybody can come in, didn’t make me feel safe. My last straw was finding ants in my restroom. The staff was kind and courteous, check-in, and check out.

Nice place nice people.
