There’s a hole in the wall. Everything looks like it has water damage. There’s a big tear in my carpet. You can hear everything. The upstairs neighbors fan sounds like they’re drilling through the wall. I don’t know what the point of key card entrances are if the back door is broken and anybody can come in, didn’t make me feel safe. My last straw was finding ants in my restroom. The staff was kind and courteous, check-in, and check out.
