  The Rooms: Outdated and in need of some refurbishing, but passably clean. The tub was stained and the floors in the corners needed cleaning. The bed was comfortable. I was suprised to have a full kitchen, including a couple stove burners, fridge, dishwasher, and dishware. Service: They let me check in early which was nice. However, after I got to the room and was getting ready to shower off my travel day, someone tried to get into the room. They stopped trying when I yelped, startled. I made sure the security lock was fully pressed down after that, then called the front desk. The guy there didn't seem ton care and suggested it was a housekeeper. No follow up. So this left me with an unsettled start and an anxious night. The next day, I spoke to a young woman with glasses at the front desk about it, and she was very nice and understanding and offered to re-do my keys as a precaution. To the man at the front desk -- please learn from this woman about how to treat your solo female guests and immediately make them feel safer by re-doing the keys if this happens again. Breakfast: Probably the saddest hotel breakfast I've encountered. Scones were hard and dry. The juice was thick and too sweet. I didn't bother trying to eat here after my first morning. Location: Very accessible to everywhere I needed to go in Northern Albuquerque. Very close to the Pan American highway. Overall I probably would go somewhere a bit nicer next time, as I'm here for business anyway.

  Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean. They offer a dinner as well.

  Hotel is clean and quiet. Rooms are dated and the one elevator is slow. Breakfast is good and coffee is strong, which is a nice change from the colored water most hotels serve. Service was friendly and accommodating. But due to a glitch at check-in my reservation got cancelled as a no-show. Not pleasant to wake up to a cancellation email and having to straighten it out. Overall a good stay.

  Had to change room upon arrival but they accommodated us very well. Very comfortable and clean and friendly. Only complaint is their breakfast area needs to be a little roomier. But I highly recommend Staybridge Suites!
