  It was so wonderful!!!! Check-in was very smooth and the front desk person was so nice. It was nice and quiet. The pool was very nice and clean. The location is great, very close to stores and restaurants. I would like to go back. Mr.cordova was very kind and helpful.

  Vine a este hotel a dejar a un pasajero, soy Uber conductor, el cual no me dejaron ni siquiera bajar el equipaje del pasajero, porque la guardia de seguridad me estaba echando del lugar, le dije que era Uber y sin embargo no hizo nada y me seguía gritando que me fuera, me parece una falta de respeto e intolerancia y cero empatía por parte de los trabajadores de acá porque así como ustedes también estoy trabajando el señor que se iba a hospedar acá también quedó sorprendido no recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel ya que tratan mal a todo el mundo y por cierto así como la Sra me tomó foto a la placa de mi auto. También tengo de fotos de la placa de su auto por si la necesitan, aunque no creo que ustedes hagan algo….

  Since my previous review was deleted I reposted again. An absolute nightmare and deeply disappointing experience at this location, involving three different rooms, none of which met basic cleanliness standards. Room 1: Encountered hair on towels and bedding, plus visible footprints on the floor. Room 2: The refrigerator and phone were broken. Turning on the AC produced a heavy musty smell, and the pillow was stained with ink. When I brought the pillow to the front desk, the staff was hostile and dismissive. Room 3: Despite moving again, the bedding still had hair on the pillowcases. Because this was an Expedia package, I was unable to move hotels without a significant financial loss. The lack of hygiene and the unprofessional staff attitude are unacceptable for the Holiday Inn brand. This property needs an immediate corporate inspection.

  Destiny was terrific at check in this afternoon. She answered all our questions and suggested we try her restaurant. So glad we did. We met Ashley, our waitress. She took great care of getting us dinner. Everything was wonderful. Before competition gets these two ladies, I suggest a quick pay increase, coupled with recognition for doing their job VERY well. Great hotel, great folks, great dinner. Maybe the customer at the bar could have shortened his forever phone conversation!
