Took a chance to stay here to spend my birthday in the Metro to get away from home using 27K Points. Fire Alarm goes off at 720, multiple guest including us use the stairs and get outside. Not once does staff informed us of protocol, fire truck shows up as does police...they let us back in the building with no information as to why it went off and here it is 831pm and its still on. Finally went off at 834pm...partial areas of the room are renovated however areas like the restroom tiles tubs and broken lamp in sitting area show hotel has seen better days same goes for hallways, carpets and doors overall never staying here again

FRONT DESK they were quick, and kind.. it's rare that I am met with that anywhere.. I'm not one for social interaction.. my disposition is misanthropic at best.. I arrived exhausted coming from St. George Utah.. now down to the gritty nitty of the NUMMIE tummies. THE POOL AND HOT TUB were well maintained The hot tub was hot and the pool was cool.. but warm ( comfortable ) the room had everything you would what charging ports microwave fridge A COLOR TV!!!!! BED WAS A BED TUB A TUB RUB A DUB DUB THANKS FOR THE GRUB..!!!

3 reasons for this rating.
1) pool area is in desperate need of upgrade. While the pool and hot tub seemed clean, the deck is abysmal. Past regular cleaning could have prevented the filth that is stuck in the crevices.
2) overall sense is that the hotel is getting a little worn. Room and bathroom were absolutely clean.
3) while breakfast was the quality I would expect, it didn't open on time. 6:30 is too late for people working and traveling, so if you post that time, open on time. At least 15 people were waiting.
The location of this hotel is great next to I40. It was full, but we heard nothing.

When we got here the pool was closed and we wanted the pool but we never knew cuz they never put it on the app so we were sad so 4 stars then are key card didn't work for are door so 3 stars and when we got into the room and are windows are so dirty it's like they never clean it in a while and they didn't have laundry bags in the closet btw are room. number was 330 so maybe it's only this room. And we don't have a the darkin curtain only the white one and we had to park off the lot so there's o ly one space per car
