  Cindy was amazing at the front desk she was super helpful and personally offered to show us a room when we were unsure of our stay. It was her service and kindness that helped us affirm our stay was a great choice . We had amazing amenities as shown in the photos . Name brand products which was a refreshing peace of mind in our last minute choice to stay , dove shampoo and body wash / lotion . We had a room with an A/C that was actually ice cold and that was a huge plus especially here in Albuquerque. Rooms were clean and pillows were amazing similar to memory foam and the best we have had even in comparison to more expensive hotels. Nice comforters that were not stiff and actually fluffy. The TV was huge and had a swivel on it so we could adjust it for a better view in bed which was amazing. For the price , forget the other hotels in the area and stay here ! You can’t go wrong ! I think you’re onto something good here IHG ! Keep up the great work we will be coming back !

  Deseree was great with customer service! Easy and quick check in ! Very communicative and accommodating. Checked up on me after check in! Very hospitable!

  I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is being refurbished very nicely. Lovely staff, helpful and courteous. Good breakfast, bad breakfast available for early departures. Room was clean, neat, good bathroom. Fridge & microwave in room

  Room was super clean, bed was incredibly comfortable and coffee was immaculate! Desiree (idk if I spelled that right) at the front desk was amazing! Super sweet and incredibly professional! The other lady that came in after was also super friendly, I just didn’t get her name! Will definitely be our go to from now on!

  It seems funny now, but we were concerned because the Garner Hotel was so cheap compared to other Albuquerque options. We were en route, and needed a place for later that night. The reviews looked decent enough... It worked out great! Not only was our room perfectly good, the included hot breakfast was too. Aside from a dead electrical outlet - good thing I noticed, or my phone wouldn't have charged - we found nothing but goodness, and the Garner was a great value.
