I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your property in New Mexico.
At checkout, I requested a printed receipt to review my charges as is standard practice and stated in your hotel policy. The front desk staff refused, insisting that the receipt would only be emailed. When I questioned this, the staff member accused me of being hostile and told me to leave the premises—simply for asking for a receipt. This was uncalled for, rude, and highly unprofessional. I left because there was no use arguing with such non-sense since it did not matter if the room was booked by a third-party, which is a poor excuse given by the front desk, as other room-related charges or the lack thereof needed to be confirmed at check-out per the standards that I understood for the hotel industry.
My wife intervened and insisted on receiving the printed receipt, which was eventually provided after unnecessary argument from the front desk. Refusing a basic request and escalating the situation instead of resolving it reflects extremely poor customer service, especially when the customer needs to review the charges and check-out properly. I have stayed at countless hotels, and all have provided a printed receipt upon request without issue for check-out.
This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this property when I am in New Mexico. I expect corporate to review this matter seriously and ensure that staff are properly trained to handle such situations professionally and in accordance with stated policies. There are numerous complaints about the wY they manage and this is unbecoming of the franchise.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on any steps you will take to address this issue.

Rock hard beds. Maybe one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. I stayed here twice within a week and both experiences were equal. The pictures make it look great, but it’s crap. No potatoes, some weird enchilada things, the powdered eggs lid doesn’t stay open so you have to hold it with one hand while you serve with the other (come on guys, can’t you fix that?). Turkey sausage, really? Rock hard, dry biscuit “pastries“. The staff was kind, the rooms were clean and functional the not luxurious by any stretch. The location is fine and you do get kind of a nice view of the Albuquerque Valley. This wasn’t a Motel 6 or anything, but at the price range, $200 a night, I expected a whole lot more than this. Will not be staying again.

Babies loved the tub and having fun for a little bit in the water. Breakfast was amazing so many options. Buffet type of breakfast. Free laundry washing. More value for more benefits. I will pay that.
