We were checking out trying to make it to the airport and there was a young kid that was rude, maybe because it was 4am not sure but he said the person that checked you in forgot to charge a $50 incidentals fee. So I said okay but we are checking out now, isn’t that suppose to be charged on arrival then refunded? He said you weren’t charged so you have to pay it now. I didn’t argue as again my Uber was waiting and I had to make it to the airport so I just paid the extra fee hoping it would be refunded back the same day. Seems kind of pointless though to charge me then refund the same day??
