Carpet room was dirty, animal crackers on sofa. Noticed blood on bed comforter. Called the receptionist for clean comforter, she was very helpful. On one pillow case was dirty with oil and black markings. Tossed aside. Will not be staying here again.

What a horrible business! I booked through hotels.com and thought I was getting something great just to find out the management has a “house policy” that doesn’t allow locals to rent rooms at this hotel. When I asked about the policy I was told because residents of Albuquerque are too violent and because there was too much partying, so because of some peoples behaviors no one living in the city is allowed to stay here. I have never felt so insulted or appalled by comments and policies like those. What an embarrassment!

The dirtiest hotel room. Carpets were filthy, had not been vacuumed in a while and possibly never shampooed. The curtains had a large stain, peeling paint and stained shower floor in the bathroom, along with stained or dirty towel. When offered another room, it was worse. Highly suggest booking somewhere other than this hotel/location. The reservation was booked through a booking site and non-refundable or I would have never stayed.

Will not let local residents stay in hotel. I made a reservation for NYE so my kids could swim/waterslide. Luckily I called before arriving and was able to cancel. Very poor way to treat Diamond IHG members.

1. Upon check-in we were given a dirty room. Room change, next room is also dirty. Luckily third room was OK.
2. Water slide was closed without any prior notice, either on website, upon reservation, or upon calling (I called twice and was not told it was closed, let alone that my child was too young to ride it).
3. Pool itself was gross.
4. Weight room was lackluster.
5. Almost zero water pressure in shower.
6. One working elevator, which rattled and shook and was terrifying to ride in. Every time I rode with another guest, they made some comment like, "Well, I hope we make it!" or "I hope we don't get stuck in here or die when it falls!"
7. In terms of safety, my ID was not checked when I checked in. And when our keys stopped working twice, my husband was not IDed for new cards either time.
I think that's everything... Overall, terrible stay, would not stay here unless we had literally no other options.
