    The staff here was very accommodating and kind. They got us in a preferred room very last minute. We literally only slept overnight and left early in the morning, so we didn't experience any other part of the hotel.

    I had a great and convenient stay! The airport shuttle was very quick and easy. I had an issue with my reservation through Booking, but the hotel stuff was really helpful in getting everything in order. Robert and Claudia were both so helpful!

    The hotel is major-ly OK: clean, quiet room, nice staff. But it is minor-ly not OK: the coffee maker in the room was broken; the coffee in the lobby and at the breakfast bar was the weakest coffee I've ever tasted; the sparely stocked breakfast bar, in the lobby, was an extra $10; on the second floor, the WiFi signal was too weak to pair with my computer -- I got good service using the signal from the Hyatt next door, which my computer remembered from a previous stay.

    This Hotel was supposed to be a better experience than the cheaper hotels, but in reality it was no where close. At least at the cheap hotel their breakfast was delicious and provided. When my family and I woke up and went down for breakfast about 8 am, the front desk lady stated no one was down at 7 am so they didn't make breakfast, which doesn't make much sense since the breakfast is supposed to be made to order. So, instead they direct us to walk down the hill to their sister hotel the Hampton Inn & Suites to have breakfast for free. The breakfast provided there was not good at all and was a waste of the walk down and back up the hill. With the experience I have had I probably will never stay at this hotel or even maybe the hotel chain again. For a 3 star hotel, I figured it would have been a much more pleasant experience.
